Yes. Your tier level status will last 24 months, unless you advance to a higher tier level during that 24 month period. You will have 24 months from the date you achieved a higher tier level to re-earn the same amount of points to remain in that tier for the subsequent two years. If you earn enough points to reach the next, higher tier level, you will proceed to the next tier level and your 24-month earning period resets.
If you do not earn enough points to reach the next tier level or to maintain your current tier level within the 24 month period, your tier level will be dictated and adjusted based on your earned points quantity at the date of tier level expiration. (e.g. If you are currently Teal+ status but have 3,200 points at the date of tier level expiration, your tier level status will downgrade to Teal. If you are currently Teal Pro status but have 5,700 points at the date of tier level expiration, your tier level status will downgrade to Teal+. If you are currently Teal Pro status but have 1,200 points at the date of tier level expiration, your tier level status will downgrade to Teal).
