What to do if...I like the calendar but don’t want alerts?

 On an iPhone/iPad:

1. Open your iPhone/iPad’s Calendar app
2. Tap Calendars at the bottom
3. Scroll until you find theSkimm calendar 
4. Tap the info button to the right
5. Under Notifications, toggle off Event Alerts
6. Tap Done to save your preferences
